Hatha Yoga in the Quarterdeck:
I am pleased to announce that the first Hatha Yoga session will launch on Sunday 24th November 2024 at 10am.Thank you to all those who have already expressed their interest in attending. It looks like classes will be very well attended which is great.
Monika is very much looking forward to introducing us to Yoga Practice and the opportunity to get more flexible and improve our postures as well as learning breathing and relaxation techniques.
Remember this form of yoga welcomes all abilities from absolute beginner to interested novice and even those with existing injuries or conditions...all are welcome.
Watch this space for details on how to book your place on the launch and future classes at £8 per session (payable on the day).
